We are opening a new Contact Centre in Sheffield and because of this we're looking for commercially switched-on Aviva people who know how to give customers what they need. You'll deal with in-bound calls, make outbound call and build a rapport with each caller, understand their needs and resolve each situation. This could involve anything from our portfolio - from Life Insurance, to Investments, to pensions. We're looking for the type of person who can take ownership and lead each case through to completion. You'll be a problem-solver and someone who constantly wants to improve the quality of what you do. In short, you'll be someone who thrives on delivering a great service.
