Job Description You will work as part of the Branch team providing consistently excellent customer service to achieve both individual and team based targets for sales, sales leads and service standards-You will consistently apply the Retail Bank's sales and service processes and support tools- You will also adhere at all times to internal and external regulatory, operational and credit control systems and procedures- - Deal with and process all customer transactions and enquiries accurately and timely within agreed standards
- Provide high quality customer service in every interaction
- Keep abreast of bank procedures and processes and adhere to all operational procedures
- Generate quality sales and sales leads from existing and potential customers during face to face and telephone contact and support general branch sales activity as required
Requirements - Relevant Customer Service Experience
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a team based environment
- Take ownership of personal performance and development
- Experience working to targets
