| Job Description |
Based in the branch network you will lever the strength of the RBS and NatWest Brands and loyal customer base of 13 million people-
Job Description You will work effectively with the branch team to build stronger and more profitable relationships with our customers- We currently have a number of opportunities at different branch locations as listed in the Job Details summary above- Responsibilities - Conduct structured Personal Review interviews (face-to-face or by telephone) with customers to review their financial position and needs-
- Provide customers with ideas / options / advice on financial products and services that are directly relevant to their needs-
- Identify sales, cross-sales and referral opportunities-
- Deal with incoming customer queries on the telephone or in the branch-
- Manage your diary and monitor own sales performance - ensuring you maintain a full diary of appointments or contacts to make with customers-
- Coach colleagues to enhance their ability to develop leads and increase the quality and volume of referrals-
The Individual T o shine in this role you will need excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working to targets- Ideally, you will have worked in the financial products industry i-e- mortgages, loans, credit cards etc- However this not essential, as many of our successful Customer Advisors have come from mobile phone, retail or contact centre roles- Essential skills: - Experience in dealing with a wide range of people in a customer service / retail environment-
- Effective communication skills-
- Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own, to adapt to new situations and use initiative-
- Strong planning and organising skills-
- Ability to encourage and motivate yourself and others-
- Highly positive, resilient and persistent attitude-
- Basic PC skills-
