You will support the successful value management of our unsecured portfolios by solving complex business problems and providing practical value based solutions. You will take accountability for an area of credit policy, a suite of risk models, monitoring performance, clearly communicating issues and developing and recommending changes where appropriate. You will conduct analysis within projects and helps to support the development and maintenance of policies.
Qualified to degree level in a numerate discipline (Maths, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent you will possess exceptional numerical reasoning skills with a passion for business analysis and finding commercial value in data. You'll have strong communication, relationship and influencing skills with the ability to explain the results of complex analysis to a non-technical audience and have the confidence to bring change in areas out of your control. Familiarity with statistical concepts, proficient and experienced in SAS programming, and previous experience of credit risk management in retail financial services would be a huge advantage. |
