Role/Team Summary Provide both ad hoc and project support for Global Corporate Risk Solutions- Prime responsibility is managing the information flow- This includes developing and maintaining Management Information for Senior Management, maintenance of sales MI for sales staff and other internal partners- In addition the junior sales business manager will support the Head of E-commerce/Industrialisation Sales in managing the global implementation of the RBS programme- Requirements Essential Experience (Must Have Skills) . Knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Derivative products . Good understanding of the business processes required to manage a global Corporate Risk Solutions Sales team- Experience of implementing changes to operational processes to improve business efficiency . Experience of building and maintaining a high quality static data environment . Good working knowledge of Foreign Exchange E-commerce trading platforms available in EMEA for corporate clients- Experience of developing tools to effectively monitor and manage adoption of the platforms- . Understand sales and trading revenue streams in a global financial institution . Analysis and forecasting of sales revenue . Previous experience in a Corporate Sales Business Management role . In depth experience of relational databases- . Experience setting up, executing and interpreting client survey data . Ability to develop meaningful and relevant management information reports utilising relevant KPIs . Advanced knowledge of the following systems: systems of Cognos, Qlikview, Connect S-Mart . Must have excellent advanced Microsoft EXCEL skills . Must have degree in Finance/Economics and Accounting with emphasis on Mathematics Supplemantary Experience (Useful Additional Skills) Experience of working in a global matrix management organisation structure Personal Attributes The candidate should have good interpersonal and influencing skills to enable them work co-operatively with the senior managers and the support functions- Must be very proactive and a self starter able to drive his/her agenda forward- Must be very articulate both in verbal and written form Must be confident and accurate under pressure-
