As Corporate Online Services Co-ordinator - for a 6 months contract - you will be joining our team in Tunbridge Wells. You will be responsible for the implementation and on-going co-ordination of online services for our Corporate Client base.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service for AXA and on making sure all online queries from our corporate clients are dealt with efficiently and professionally. The role As part of the team you will draw on your customer service skills to help implement and support our corporate clients with their online/internet queries. Key responsibilities: Supporting client and account managers through the implementation of new online products. Answering day to day queries over the telephone and via email Logging and monitoring queries. Escalating issues to the relevant department. Ensuring all documentation is completed, including making sure client files are established and information distributed e.g training material. Training clients on online systems over the telephone. Skills, knowledge and behaviour Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone. Good working knowledge of using internet/extranet, websites. Good problem solving skills. Ability to prioritise work loads. Excellent attention to detail. Ideal: Experience of working within large corporate entities and a knowledge of PMI Industry. What will you get from this job?
