Job Description We are currently looking for 2 experienced foodservice professionals to join our Contract Management team- The team is accountable for the effective delivery and performance of catering, hospitality, front of house and vending services across 200+ buildings in the UK and an annual budget of ~£50M- One role will focus on Catering and the other on either Hospitality or Front of House- The two primary objectives of the Contract Management Team are: - Defining and shaping the service proposition for the Group, in consultation with our Business Partners
- Delivering value from the suppliers over the life of the contract-
The roles are London based, but flexibility to travel throughout the UK and Ireland is essential- Responsibilities - Ensure optimum value is delivered over the term of the supply contract-
- Develop and manage operational standards to ensure consistent delivery by suppliers in accordance with contracts-
- Manage service provision and spend to meet or beat budget
- To periodically review the portfolio and provide best practice advice on operations-
- To actively manage contract performance by reference to management information, referring progress against targets to the Lead Contract Manager or Vendor Manager-
- To effectively engage with key stakeholders to ensure the operations are performing consistently and to lead and collaborate on initiatives with Property Operations
- To manage and mitigate the risk considerations associated with the supplier and service
- To manage the internal financial reporting including invoices and accruals-
- To monitor contract performance by reference to management information, referring progress against targets to the Lead Contract Manager-
- To ensure Property Services is provided with timely and appropriate information either through escalation of operational issues or in preparation for strategic meetings-
