A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Risk and Compliance team as a Compliance Consultant based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK. Are you looking to establish yourself within a respected organisation as a compliance expert?

The role
You will join our Compliance Monitoring team, reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager - supporting the risk based monitoring plan for implementation throughout the year, ensuring that it continues to comply with the current general insurance regulations. You will: - Work closely with key stakeholders, providing advice, guidance and support on all regulatory matters.
- Liaise and provide reports to AXA UK to represent AXA PPP healthcare's interests in the overall monitoring structure within AXA UK .
- Use your excellent communication and influencing skills to provide advice, guidance and support to designated business areas on regulatory matters.
- Identify and develop necessary changes to processes and procedures to reduce regulatory risk and raise operational standards, while working on projects and business as usual activity.
- Support the development of a risk based monitoring plan and liaise effectively with key business areas, ensuring that any identified issues are appropriately reported and addressed.

- Salary up to £25,000 per annum.
