A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Risk and Compliance team as a Compliance Consultant based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK. Are you looking to establish yourself within a respected organisation as a compliance expert? If you have excellent analytical skills with the potential to build strong relationships, this could be the job could be for you! The role You will join our Compliance Monitoring team, reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager - supporting the risk based monitoring plan for implementation throughout the year, ensuring that it continues to comply with the current general insurance regulations. You will: - Work closely with key stakeholders, providing advice, guidance and support on all regulatory matters.
- Liaise and provide reports to AXA UK to represent AXA PPP healthcare's interests in the overall monitoring structure within AXA UK .
- Use your excellent communication and influencing skills to provide advice, guidance and support to designated business areas on regulatory matters.
- Identify and develop necessary changes to processes and procedures to reduce regulatory risk and raise operational standards, while working on projects and business as usual activity.
- Support the development of a risk based monitoring plan and liaise effectively with key business areas, ensuring that any identified issues are appropriately reported and addressed.
