Complaint Investigator Location: Carlton Park, Narborough, Leicester Salary: £15,580 Hours of Work: TBC (Typically Mon-Sat, 8am to 9pm. As a Complaint Resolver you will be responsible for resolving complaints via correspondence or telephone. What does the role involve? · Ensuring all complaint outcomes follow a common sense approach and are based on best practice. · Resolving customer complaints by telephone or correspondence · Rapport building with customers · Following regulatory guideline What we're looking for in you Ideally you'll be working in a financial services or other regulated organisation, with a strong understanding of the importance of regulatory discipline. More importantly you'll be naturally service focused with strong attention to detail. An ability to build rapport with others and work as a team to achieve a common goal is also essential.
