Background AXA UK are now recruiting for a Company Secretarial Advisor to join the team. The purpose of the role is to support the Group Company Secretary, the Deputy Company Secretary and the wider team in ensuring that the AXA UK Group's regulatory and statutory requirements are met and that the interests of the Group, shareholders, policyholders and employees are protected. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has the foundations of the company secretarial function and is looking for a step-up and new challenge.
The successful candidate will:
You will complete statutory work in relation to subsidiaries and work on statutory accounts as well as assist with Appointment of Directors. You will also be responsible for sharing and changing of share capital and approve Board transactions and Restructures. You will attend smaller subsidiary meetings to support the business.
Skills, knowledge and experience Essential
Degree or equivalent qualification
Part qualified chartered secretary
Sound knowledge of Company law and related requirements
Good IT Skills
Excellent communication skills, at all levels
Ability to deal with people at all levels
Good time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
Desirable
Work experience in a large, financial services organisation
