The role
In this role you will develop and lead the delivery of internal communications in support of the cultural change programme within AXA Wealth. You will promote the use of new and creative communications that will effectively drive this change whilst working effectively alongside business as usual communications. - Development of an internal communications change strategy and programme which will support and be aligned to the business strategy and culture programme.
- Produce imaginative, creative and new communication collateral - ensuring it is delivered to the highest quality and on schedule.
- Champion the use of creative communication channels and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Enable effective two-way information flow between leaders and colleagues.
- Build strong effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Promote an engagement culture amongst employees to foster the buy-in of company's goals.
- Protect the image and reputation of the AXA Wealth brand at all times.
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: - Significant internal communication experience gained from an in-house or consultancy role.
- Experience working on cultural change programmes that have impacted on business objectives.
- Understanding of business culture, the theory behind cultural change and the role communnications plays in delivering significant change.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Knowledge of leadership development concepts and the prinicples of organisational change.
- Track record in developing and presenting an effective overall Internal Communication strategy and plan.
