Background AXA Wealth is part of the AXA group, one of the largest companies in the world. We have created a new role to join the Bancassurance team within AXA Wealth. This role will be responsible for the payment of commission to Bancassurance Partners and support the project that will implement and deliver the new commission system (SAP). You will be responsible training other users and develop processes to ensure all the necessary controls are in place. The role - Responsible for the payment of commission to all of the Bancassurance partners through the ICM system.
- Support the Bancassurance commission and agency system project and maintain effective lines of communication with project managers.
- Technical expert for Bancassurance commission and agency system, to develop and improve ability to pay commissions
- Manage the commission systems controls and processes.
- Responsible for relevant and timely MI reporting and analysis
- Develop and manage the relationship with Finance and other key stakeholders
- Deliver quality reviews on deliverables for colleagues and outside the team.
Skills, knowledge and behaviour - Good understanding and experience of configuration of commission and agency systems.
- Excellent mathematical skills, Finance background is preferable.
- Good analytical and investigative skills with the ability to make judgements on incomplete or contradictory data.
- Strong process management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence
- Sound IT skills and knowledge
- Experience of producing MI/adhoc reports and interrogate and interpret data
- Good change management skills (process)
- Strong Planning and Organisational skills
