Job Description Each year millions of people choose insurance cover from one of our brands: Direct Line, Churchill, Green Flag, privilege, NIG and Tracker- Collectively we are currently known as RBS Insurance, the UK's largest home and motor insurer, but it's the next step in our journey that's really getting our hearts racing- By the end of 2014 we will be a standalone business, separating from the wider RBS Group - with our own vision, our own identity and our own momentum- We really value our people, because they make us what we are- You'll work hard, and in return receive a highly competitive salary and an excellent flexible benefits package- With your help, we'll be 'Britain's Best General Insurer'- And as we progress and develop, we'll make sure you do too- As a Cluster Operations Manager within RBS Insurance, you will manage and lead a team of people who will provide support across all areas of the business- The role will report into the Cluster Director and provide support to not just the leadership team but also provide direction and co-ordination for everyone in the cluster- Provide a clear contact point for key suppliers and internal customers- Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong relationship management experience and communication skills and have a proven track record in performance management and leadership- An understanding of compliance and FSA regulations would be advantageous- Responsibilities · To work with HR resourcing in owning all recruitment across the Cluster · Lead the Service Delivery team and manage the relationship into other parts of Sales and Service- · Own and manage all site support activity and people either directly or indirectly, across the cluster- · Responsible for ensuring all activity is complete for new recruits ( Passcards, id's, system access, PC's) · Provide Trend analysis for Sick/attrition/tool kit for actions- · Own the cluster people plan Lead on culture/Engagement/Talent within the Cluster in partnership with the Management team · Ensure performance is managed consistently across the cluster- · Provide trend analysis for MI/Results/Sales for the cluster- · Own the customer plan for the cluster ensuring voice of the customer analysis and TL call backs are managed consistently- · Report and provide consistent planning around Audit and Complaints- · Co ordination point for all training and development across the Cluster · To provide support to Cluster Director on BBBOM & Footprint activities · Be FLOD within the cluster liaising into the SSP FLOD team ( include Sweep, security checks) · Ownership of all Cluster projects ( Complaints for PL, link in with Sales Excellence for Bus Support) · Be the key interface for the cluster and first point of contact for the rest of the business- Additional Website Text We're offering a highly competitive salary negotiable based on your experience- You'll also receive an additional 21% (of your basic salary) which you can contribute towards a wide selection of additional benefits or take as cash and you'll have access to great offers and discounts on a wide range of products and services- (When applying for the job please confirm your current salary and benefits)-
