Coutts is the international private banking arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group- We provide wealth management services to clients in the UK and globally- We're known the world over for our exceptional client service and the innovative solutions we offer our clients- Our business is built on respect and professionalism, inside and out- Our employees support, encourage and motivate one another, and they show the same sensitivity to the needs of their colleagues as they do to our clients- We recognise their achievements and ensure our people have everything they need to achieve- Relationship management is fundamental to our success- You'll establish and maintain client relationships, offering innovative solutions that use the products that best suit them- As a Client Partner, you'll manage, mentor, coach and support your team of experienced Private Bankers, helping each of them to build profitable wealth management relationships with their portfolio of complex and high value clients- Coutts is at the forefront of product development in private banking which will give you the tools to provide the best long-term wealth management solutions- And by working to continually grow the team's client portfolio, as well as your own, you'll ensure income targets are met and the continued growth of our business is secured- Graduate calibre, you should be professionally qualified with an appropriate FSSC exam such as SII Certification or equivalent and be working towards Diploma level (see below)- You'll also need to show a track record of outstanding success at senior management level in a private banking or similar environment where you have shown a strong talent for developing client relationships and generating revenue- You'll also have a proven knowledge of tax, banking, investment or financial planning, as well as sales and business development experience- The following are Coutts preferred qualifications from the list of FSSC appropriate exams: Level 6 - Private Client Investment Advice & Management (CISI) Level 4 - Investment Advice Diploma (CISI) Level 3 / 4 - IMC (CFA Society of the UK ) Level 3 - SII Certification (Investment Management) (CISI) The chosen individual will a ct in accordance with the regulatory requirements and standards under the Jersey FSC and Isle of Man FSC - They will also need to b e fully aware of the obligations and responsibilities placed on individuals who are registered under the Jersey FSC and the Isle of Man FSC regime, in respect of their role-
