Job Description

Supporting the Department with all basic administration and general duties-


    Accountabilities
    • Distribute all incoming mail (including paper, faxed, e-mail etc) and arrange outgoing mail for collection ensuring daily deadlines are met-
    • Prepare courier mail and arrange collection for courier pick-ups as well as taking responsibility for any courier deliveries-
    • Prepare Report production as and when required-
    • Order and distribute all stationery requirements for the department-
    • Input work for Inputting, Money Market/Foreign Exchange Team and Accounts as and when required-
    • Process all department scanning-
    • Printing statements and preparation for despatch-
    • Look out additional information for client enquiries and requests
    • Preparation for despatch and the recall of storage boxes for Iron Mountain-
    • Responsible for the order and replacement of all printer toners and cartridges-
    • Any additional duties appropriate to level of experience and ability in order for the department to function efficiently


      The Individual
      • PC encompassing e-mail, Internet, Microsoft Office-
      • Good, accurate keyboarding skills -
      • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel desirable-
      • Ability to work efficiently and accurately-
      • Self- Motivator-
      • Multi-Tasker-
