About The Role Salary : Negotiable up to £25,000 depending on experience. That means gathering information and building relationships with customers, partners, solicitors, Brokers and others - while working closely with our own internal experts - before investigating where necessary, making liability decisions and negotiating on the claim's outcome. Key Responsibilities - Organise and prioritise your own caseload.
- Take ownership and resolve any queries and/or complaints.
- Support colleagues to achieve team targets.
- Understand and consistently apply the Aviva best practice claims handling standards.
- To identify blockages and resolve/escalate in a positive and constructive manner.
- To consistently demonstrate a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers.
- Continued focus against Key Performance Indicators, which include Fraud, Average cost and lifecycle of claims.
