Job Description Dealing with all aspects of commercial motor claims, from notification through to settlement- Including Accidental damage, fire, theft- Third party claims including credit hire- As part of a scheme which provides cover for vehicles ranging from private cars to large agricultural machinery Requirements Strong customer focus as the role requires dealing day to day with Brokers, Policyholders, Loss Adjusters and Underwriters using all methods of communication- A strong team work ethic to ensure we deliver on targets, objectives and the business plan, with the ability to work under pressure- Responsibilities Understanding of policy wordings and how to interpret them in relation to claim's circumstances- Proactive handling, use of telephone and electronic diary to increase speed of settlement and deliver SLAs- Negotiate with policyholders, brokers, underwriters, adjusters and suppliers- Identify any potential fraud- Identify any potential recoveries- The Individual Achieving Excellence, Influencing, Inspiring, Communicating, Building Understanding & Trust, Collaborating for Success, Gathering Information, Understanding Issues, and Finding Solutions, all to Level 1-  |
