| Job Description |
Job Description Provide support to the CIO in day to day activities, performing a wide duties including preparation of papers, research and in-tray management Responsibilities - Provide Executive support to the CIO in day to day activities
- Manage pre and post meeting activity i-e- preparation of papers/presentations/packs
- Draft correspondence in the style of and to the satisfaction of the CIO
- Fully brief CIO prior to attending meetings as appropriate
- Provide executive synopsis of briefings, meetings, etc-, for review by CIO
- Prepare summary reports for review by CIO
- Provide research and support during business meetings
- Conduct 'in - tray' management
- Ensure follow up of outstanding action points with senior management team / direct reports of CIO
- Prepare and plan agendas and associated papers, and follow up on actions for CIO Leadership Meetings
- Oversee PA activities, ensuring effective diary and email management
- Act as initial point of contact for information flow from and to CIO, providing guidance / recommendations on business issues
- Progress issues raised by the CIO
- Manage correspondence of a highly confidential nature
- Responsible for managing comms/engagement planning for CIO
- Undertake small projects to support CIO in overall management of the department or be involved in part of a major or more complex project, co-ordinating, monitoring and maintaining progress
- Develop relationships and use technical knowledge in progressing business issues and activities
- Provide input to management decision making through research, monitoring and analysis of information applying concepts relevant to the specialism
- Work with defined processes and identify opportunities to improve these processes as appropriate
