Job Description Shared Services Finance (SSF) has in excess of 1,000 staff spread over 9 locations- This is a varied role with the main focus to provide support to the Head of Operations, SSF in particular, the role will be responsible for the following: - Manage the smooth delivery for all Surveys across the entire SSF population e-g- Yourfeedback, Pulse, providing analysis where required and ensure follow-up action plans are updated-
- Monitor all invoice related activity to ensure the P2P process is being adhered to and that cost centres are debited correctly
- Manage the Contractor employment process ensuring initiation, renewal and termination processes follow standard policy
- Manage Property related issues across all SSF locations
- Manage the administration of Talent Management across SSF
- Ensure all SSF external related publication e-g- Insite, structure charts are updated accordingly
- Liaise with the Executive Support team to deliver all SSF Finance wide events and communications
- Represent SSF and manage through all ad hoc projects affecting the overall teams e-g- Property related request, IIP accreditation
Key Relationships: - Provide interface between Team heads and Head of Operations
- Strong relationships with Senior Management
- Strong working relationships with a variety of business units throughout the Finance Function e-g- the Executive Support team
Requirements Key Experience Required: - Experience in organising events across different geographical locations
- Experience of dealing with complex issues without reference to line manager-
- Experience of building relationships cross functionally and externally to achieve results-
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with a structured methodical approach to analysing and investigating issues

Line Management: - The role will have no direct line management responsibilities however, the role requires a knowledge of the Bank's line management framework
Budget Authority/Sign Off - Responsible for supporting the management of the SSF budget of £60m
- Ability to understand the budgetary impacts with the teams
