| Job Description |
Santander UK leadership of a cross-bank Corporate and Commercial Transformation programme, with specific focus on SME and Corporate banking.
The role sits within the Organisation & Business Architecture Unit (Manufacturing), which plays an important part in defining the new operating model and moving Santander to being one of the most efficient banks in the UK.
The role is internet Design Lead - lead and coordinates all design work for Santander in the UK, establishing a centre of excellence in the UK. Specifically you will: Have end-to-end accountability for specific business processes within a service line(s) across Santander for Partenon implementation, post implementation stabilisation and BAU optimisation. Analyse the impacts/ implications of change on key organisational levers such as organisation processes, productivity, management processes and systems to inform executive decisions. You will be responsible for the end-to end analysis, design, implementation, and control methodology for specific aspects within a service line to ensure transition to the future state.
Business Managers will have end-to-end accountability for business processes in service lines throughout Partenon implementation, post implementation stabilisation, and BAU optimisation, including the analysis of the impact of change on key organisation processes, productivity and management.
You'll ideally bring with you a background in financial services, be Numerate, with significant experience in BPR/ business transformation gained through consulting or strategic planning experience with significant complex strategic issue problem solving Skills
Ability to structure, analyse and problem solve complex problems
Strong project management and planning skills, you'll have the confidence and capability to take ownership of problems and turn them into solutions. |
