Job Description
This is a key position in our Group Treasury function, part of Group Finance, offering Business Management assistance to the department-    


    Requirements

    ·          To provide dedicated operational and administrative support to the Group Treasury Business Management team

    ·          To ensure that Group Treasury is kept informed

    ·          To ensure, where appropriate, developments within Group Treasury are communicated effectively to the wider Group Finance Community

    ·          To manage Group Treasury headcount and the process for new starters/leavers


      Responsibilities

      ·          Business Management operational and administrative support

      ·          Maintain Group Treasury headcount analysis and structure charts

      ·          Manage Group Treasury property and infrastructure requirements

      ·          Preparation and distribution of the monthly GALCo pack

      ·          Preparation and distribution of the monthly BSMCo pack

      ·          Publish Group Treasury announcements

      ·          Organise Townhall communication events

      ·          Organise off-sites, conference and social events

      ·          Maintain Group Treasury intranet site

      ·          On-boarding of Group Treasury new starters and graduate placements

      ·          Management of Group Treasury leavers and systems access control

      ·          Support Training and Development activities across Group Treasury

      ·          Support Staff Feedback initiatives, analysis of results and development/management of action plans

      ·          Support Group Treasury's participation in Work Out Activities

      ·          Management of the Group Treasury invoice payments process


        The Individual

        Experience:

        ·          Banking, treasury or related knowledge gained from experience working in office environment

        ·          Experience of working with Senior and Executive Management

        ·          Experience in HR matters   Technical Knowledge: ·          Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio ·          Logical, analytical and problem solving skills ·          Strong team working and organisational skills   Performance Excellence Framework - Critical Competencies
