| Job Description |
Job Description The Delivery Consultant role works in partnership with the Delivery Manager to build strong relationships with Divisional contacts in order to understand business plans/priorities, identify Divisional HR MI requirements, and opportunities for BIS to provide value add services in line with Service Level Agreements Supports defining and developing agreed analysis, requirements and process design, service level agreements and/ or HR management information for their Divisions and monitoring performance against service level agreements with internal and/ or external parties including reporting on performance and addressing issues Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within an aligned business area, to ensure business priorities are understood and HR MI value add solutions developed and delivered to support business plans and objectives Work in partnership with Reporting team to produce commentary and analysis for the Core & Non Core Divisional suite and ensure that reports are distributed on time and to quality, against agreed SLAs- Collaborate with Divisional HR teams to promote the development of 'leading edge' analysis and the associated effective transfer of best practice- Work in partnership with BIS functional areas to plan, prioritise and deliver MI projects to support the achievement of business objectives Identify areas for improvement to maximise the value of any analysis/ process design and/ or management information- Interpreting any analysis and providing solutions to ensure key business strategies are delivered- Obtains feedback from customers and stakeholders to ensure that reports, processes and other services meet customer needs Champion the creation of new operational processes which meet changing HR and business strategies Present key analysis and trends to customers, and help them understand and interpret HR MI and the impact on their business- Develop and maintain relationships with other data providers e-g- Finance / Ops to create integrated view of business MI · Deputise for the Delivery Manager when required- The Individual Essential A number of years experience n the provision of Management Information (HR or other) Proven track record in the practical application of numeracy, analytical and quantitive skills in a business context In depth experience in optimising the business use of information management tools and applications Experience in working with customers to understand their requirements and develop creative solutions Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build long term relationships Experience in dealing with and presenting back to customers and stakeholders Desirable Business knowledge and/or awareness Advisory and consultancy experience Strong focus on delivering great results and managing high workloads A strong awareness of the need to maintain confidentiality Essential Technical Skills Required MS Office · Business Objects · Peoplesoft
