| Job Description |
You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients and work closely with the institutional sales team to drive top line growth.
Your responsibilities will include: (1) recruiting and attracting new clients (1) liaising on a regular basis with our clients who are top-tier mutual funds and hedge funds (2) understanding their research needs and investment process (3) building strong relationships with existing or new clients and driving service usage (4) identifying new revenue opportunities.
In addition to servicing your clients, you will have P&L responsibilities. You should expect to oversee the successful completion of several research assignments and at times work under intense pressure with tight deadlines. You should also feel comfortable adjusting to new research topics across different industry verticals.
You will be involved in continuously improving our processes and client service capabilities. Strong performance will quickly lead to larger responsibilities and reward within the firm.

| Qualifications Required |
• Masters degree (or equivalent) from a top tier institution would be an advantage • 2-4 years experience at top-tier consultancy, investment bank or financial services firm • Prior exposure to the buy side is required • Good understanding of financial markets (different asset classes, investment processes, etc.) and general understanding of drivers in different sectors • Team player, able to lead, inspire and motivate a team • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) • Outgoing in nature • Willing to work in high-pace and, at times, high pressure entrepreneurial environment with top-level clients • Flexible, motivated and willing to “go the extra mile”
