Job Description
Background
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic PA/Administrator in our Business Change Team supporting a large and dynamic team. Working very closely with the Head of Business Change and the rest of the team, you will get a good insight into the world of Change!


    The role
    You will be providing PA support to the Head of the Change Team to include proactive diary and email management and ensuring actions are completed to deadlines.  As part of this role you will also provide administrative support to the Change Management Team and the 18 Business Change Managers including arranging team meetings, minute taking, work requests and stationery orders.  You will also manage staff files ie sickness records, annual leave records, expenses etc.   This is an excellent role that promises variation and involvement with people within and outside the department.  It is a busy and demanding role requiring your support in different areas at the same time - prioritisation is key!


      Skills, knowledge and behaviour
      MS Office skills - to include good knowledge of Outlook Secretarial skills Excellent organisational skills - able to prioritise effectively Proactive approach Delivery focussed - able to work under pressure and to deadlines Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team Knowledge of work requests, accounts payable, Ariba systems (these are internal systems so training will be provided) Dreamweaver (desirable)
