Job Description

Assisting private bankers in their provision of wealth management services to ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients, the successful candidates will be conducting research into UHNW prospective clients at a macro and individual level, devising, maintaining and monitoring MI systems and researching product opportunities internally and externally-

Background

Key Accountabilities

Management and delivery of projects to specific deadlines
Devise and maintain MI systems which track client relationships and income derived across different Group legal entities, providing regular updates for management and bankers
Manage data exchange with other parts of the Group within agreed processes and legal requirements
Support the sales process through preparation of presentation material and client data to specific deadlines
Develop and maintain an understanding of the application of sales and marketing processes, relevant regulated and non-regulated products and services
Collaborate with other UHNW teams within the Group on projects and information exchange
Contribute to the team based performance culture

The Individual

Education to degree level preferred
A proven ability to absorb, analyse and apply complex technical knowledge to problem-solving
Experience of modelling project requirements on own initiative, using creative skills to provide results which offer clear ideas and solutions
Demonstrably strong commercial awareness
Excellent presentation skills, both written and orally, and to both individuals and groups
Knowledge of Group products & services, and client information systems
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office applications
