| Job Description |

Providing specialist advice on our customers' largest purchase, you'll deliver the perfect mortgage solution by building strong face-to-face relationships. Maintaining a comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of our product range, you'll ensure that your branch colleagues have the knowledge they need to make effective referrals. Meanwhile you'll identify any non-mortgage investment needs of your customers and refer them appropriately.
To succeed, you'll need to be a highly motivated, instantly credible, CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) professional with a proven track record of delivering against targets in a strictly regulated mortgage sales environment.
If you are successful in securing this position at Santander you will be required to provide information to enable the following checks to be undertaken; CIFAS, Fraud and Financial background checks
3 years background reference checks, no gaps longer than 2 months allowable without full explanation

Photographic ID and/or Proof of eligibility to work in UK
