Background
This vacancy is to replace a leaver, the role has been relocated from London to Bolton. You will design, develop, deliver and manage high performing commercial lines offers for both the intermediary and direct channels. All offers need to be aligned to AXAI's core values and strategic direction.
The role
- Actively contribute to the commercial roadmap for offer development which will influence the direction for product development.
- Monitor, research and integrate all available information sources into the design of AXAI's products to ensure that they are market leading.
- Commission research that identifies product requirements and opportunities to ensure products meet customer needs.
- Deliver the commercial lines product performance audit and when appropriate recommend product strategies. This audit will be used to monitor the position of product on the product life cycle (enhance, redevelop or exit product lines).
- Design, manage and co-ordinate the development of products to both the intermediary and direct markets.
- Identify and lead on marketing campaign briefings and other opportunities (product development, promotion, changes to processes etc.) to ensure the product messages are correctly received and campaigns are successfully executed.
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
- Degree level education or relevant business experience in offer development.
- Marketing qualification would be ideal.
