Welcome So, you've read the details on our website and you're ready to apply for the Actuarial Student Programme. You know you've got the aspiration and determination to want to become a qualified actuary and join a small yet elite and well respected profession. You meet the minimum requirements: - A Grade Maths at A Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2:1 in a numerical related degree
- Positions based in Ipswich, Cobham and possibly London

Our recruitment process is designed to help us choose the right people to join AXA, however it allows you to make sure that AXA is right for you too. You'll now go on to complete your online application.
The format of this application is the 5 behavioural questions below: - What is it about AXA and the Actuarial Student Programme that appeals to you?
- What makes you different to other graduates that will be of particular interest to AXA?
- As you are aware, this role will need you to balance your work and study life. Please can you describe a time when you have been in a challenging situation knowing that your time and capability would be stretched?
- Treating customers fairly is of paramount importance to AXA. Can you describe a time when you have been a customer of an organisation and have received poor customer service, or been treated unfairly. How did this make you feel, and what did you learn from this experience?
- Describe a time when you have identified a need for change and approached a senior person (i.e. a tutor, manager or parent) in order to progress?
