Responsibilities
To assist with the implementation of new processes, systems, methodologies for the calculation of technical provisions under Solvency II, alongside existing and/or new methodologies to support existing and future accounting requirements- Work with external actuaries to develop a prototype solution for Technical Provisions of Solvency II and assist with the gap analysis of the 12 CEIOPS papers on Technical Provisions, a project plan to close the gaps in terms of data, systems and processes- But that's not all you'll improve- Seeking out new skills and actively learning from your team members you'll always be developing - while sharing your own knowledge and experience with others to see that everyone in our Division learns and grows together- Key Contacts Internal

The Individual
Whilst we recruit and value skills in underwriting and claims handling, these positions require pure technical analysis skills and a minim um of 1 years insurance non-lfe reserving or capital modelling or relevant analytical experience is desirable (or similar experience using analytical and statistical techniques to make commercial decisions)
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in mathematics or a related degree- In addition we are looking for: Excellent analytical skills-
