Background
AXA PPP Healthcare, one of the UK's largest healthcare providers, is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our SME Client Services team. We have several full time permanent roles available. Based in our Leciester Offices, you will be maintaining and grow the relationship between AXA PPP healthcare and our Client Relationship Customers, both broked and direct.
The role
You will be responsible for account managing and retaining an existing portfolio of business and building strong relationships with our SME clients and/or brokers.
You will be establishing your clients needs and handing objections in order to secure renewal of an existing PMI scheme. You will also be proactively identifying expansion opportunities and selling the features and benefits of PMI
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organised and have the ability to prioritise workloads. Ideally you will have previous sales/Account Management experience and be able to demonstrate an ability to work to targets. Above all you will be self motivated and eager to work in this challenging and exciting environment.

Benefits include: Salary £17,000 plus commissions (on average around £4,000 - £6,000 per annum but this is dependant on your learning ability and desire to achieve). 25 Days Holiday PMI including family Life Cover Contributory pension scheme
