As a Account Coordinator you will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of our large corporate accounts, working closely with account managers to ensure that our customers are fully supported. The role You will be managing your own portfolio of around 6 - 8 corporate clients.
Your role will include: Speaking to our clients daily. All administrative duties Coordination of client's annual renewal. Monthly and ad hoc reporting. Working with account managers and brokers to install new business in a timely manner. Central point of contact on a day to day basis, handling all queries relating to clients by sourcing data in order to make informed decisions. Skills, knowledge and behaviour Excellent customer service skills Strong administration skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to build strong relationships with peers, clients and partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Team Working Must be flexible with a can do attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications What will you get from this role?
